What do others think of Mr.Family?

We all know that those who lead religious lives do not care for the Adult Entertainment industry, and that is understandable. I have said it many times, if you choose to live your life by the bible, or any other religion, if that life works well for you and your family, great! More power to you, live long and live well. But do not pressure others who live a different way.
It also helps if you follow the life of religion to actually practice what you preach. Now, our friend Mr.Family has gone on for months, tossing the words of the bible, and it's teaches at all of us that go to the club. Telling people he will pray for them, that the lord does not approve. Lets look at a few comments from him shall we.

God is never irrelevant. In this debate and in all debates, His precepts should always be our primary concern.

Lord, you know that in this life we all struggle with many things. We are tempted in so many ways. We are encouraged to harm ourselves and others, but we also know that there is a higher standard of living that you desire for us all

I pray this in Jesus' name. Amen.

Now I could go on, but you get my Point. Mr.Fmaily is always preaching about the lord. And as myself and many others have pointed out numerous times, Mr.Family himself, is acting in immoral ways . Trying to publicly scare people, judging them without actually knowing them in person, passing on rumors and gossip. But he will constantly say he is doing good. Now, you will hear none of the pro club people saying that going to adult clubs is a family thing. it is an ADULT club after all. But Mr.Family claims everything he does is right, well, as it turns out, he is no better than the people he condemns. Someone took the time to e-mail many of the local Ministers in our area. (Thank you Eric!)

As a minister of the Episcopalian faith, I do not approve of Mr. Family actions. An innocent person could get hurt with the picture taking activity and gossip usually serves no one except Satan. Christians do not do things that can inflict harm upon one another.


I would say to this Mr. Family person: Talk this matter over with your church leader. It appears you are in need of spiritual guidance.

There are rare times when gossip is acceptable, but this is not one of those times.


I too share Mr. family’s desire to close the strip club. But not through the breaking of the commandments.

Reporting these accusations to the police isn’t gossiping. Putting it on a website definitely is.

Our church believes that one comes to Christ in free will. This website is trying to scare people to Christ through pictures and by saying things not proven to be true. One cannot get lower than the devil
in order to beat him.

The accusations should be reported to the police, not put on a website.

I feel Mr. Family is misguided. I will pray for him and hope no harm comes to him.

Gossip is as destructive to the soul as pornography.


Now as you can tell, Mr.Family does not have approval from many of our area's preachers, as a man of God (as he claims to be) he should know better. Or maybe it is the fact he himself is an addict. A religious addict, and his faith has blinded him of his own wrong doing. He hides himself so he can not be held accountable for his actions, maybe it is because he is ashamed of them. because he knows his actions are not approved by his on faith. But that is something he has to live with, and try to cover up with his sarcasm.

Slander and Gossip from the "holy" man.

Mr.Family has gone past his normal picture taking. And turned to Slander and Gossip. With out proof, or any concrete knowledge, only word of mouth from an anonymous source, Mr.Family has accused the club of illegal sexual activity. Now I know what you are saying, isn't spreading gossip a sin? Why yes, yes it is. Gossip and Slander ARE sins. They also are a form of "bearing false witness." All of these actions are not of a man a faith that Mr.Family claims to be. If he was, he would not stoop the such actions. Lets look at slander and gossip for a second shall we?
The word Slander”comes from the word “Devil.” According to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary, slander means “malicious talk; to spread damaging information; to defame; to speak ill of.” Is it no wonder where slander derives it’s name? Slander is the work of the Devil, and those who slander are on his team. In fact the Bible says that Satan is called the “accuser of the brethren” (Rev. 12:10).

According to scripture, any Christian who’s mouth is out of control does not have a right relationship with God. “If anyone considers himself religious and yet does not keep a tight reign on his tongue, he deceives himself and his religion is worthless” (James 1:26)

Now I could go on, but you can see the point. Mr.Family IS spreading rumors and gossip. Nothing he is saying has been proven. He is a tool of the devil himself. He has proven himself lower than those he attacks. He takes information from anonymous sources, remains anonymous himself, so he can not be held accountable for his actions. This does not surprise me, from his e-mails directly to me, to his comments. The man himself is a liar, and will spare no cost, not even his own faith, to get his way.

Secondary effects proven wrong....AGAIN!!!

This past July 10th, marked another large win for the Jeff Levy and the NJACA. Hott-22, a club in New Jersey was under attack and was almost closed by the Township of Union. But Armed with a compelling brief and complaint against the Township of Union, filed by FALA lawyers Daniel Aaronson and Vincent Verdiramo, on behalf of Hott-22, the court was also handed a secondary effects study, conducted in Union, that unequivocally showed NO deleterious effects whatsoever. The study shoed that police service calls were 20%-70% higher at McDonalds, Wal-mart, Applebee's, Babes R Us, Toys R Us, Pathmark, Home Depot, Best Buy, Circuit City and several other non adult nightclubs compared to Hott-22. In fact the study showed that the greatest source of police service calls was Union High school. Besides the Township pf Union stating that Hott-22 was a source of crime, the Township also expressed in their new SOB ordinance, that Hott-22 lowered property values. The study proved that property values were up significantly over the past five years in the community surrounding Hott-22. The secondary effects study was conducted by Dan Linz, PhD of the university of California at Santa Barbara, and Bryant Paul, PhD of Indiana University.

once AGAIN, the so called secondary effects proven to be FALSE. As they have over and over again. Jeff Levy, the head of the NJACA (New Jersey Adult Cabaret Association) was the man I contacted for info on this study, and after we spoke, he contacted our friend Mr.Family, and challenged him to a debate of this matter, in a public place of Mr.Family's choosing. And of course he Family refused to respond or post anything about the challenge. My Guess is because he was afraid of being proven wrong and made a fool. Jeff Levy and the NJACA have proven many of the claims of local townships and governments to be false.
From what I hear, a version of the NJACA will be starting in PA to keep all adult night clubs safe from unfair ordinances and claims.

One sided fight?

As I have stated numerous times. The man known as Mr.Family tries to pretend I do not exist. I am banned from making any comments on his site, as he does not want any side of the story besides his to be told. Now he is starting to censor Eric Roberts. The man behind Mr.Family Funnies.
In a world of free speech, free expression, it is sad that we are not allowed to debate this in a forum. Guess Ill just have to go on the air, with Jeff Walker, Zoey, and a few other radio personalities who have all been to Gclub10.


Maybe he is mad because he has been proven wrong, because I had Jeff Levy Contact him, because he was issued a public challenge and refused to respond in cowardice.
Maybe because Eric has also made him look a fool. Shown how he has ask locals to endanger their lives and the lives of others by taking pictures while driving. Since ANY of the property surrounding the club is private. The fight goes on!

Let me share with you the story of Melanie Ruth Prashker-Thomas.
Melanie is a nine year old, vibrant girl who suffers from Von Willebrand Disease (VWD). VWD prevents Melanie from participating in everyday childhood activities due to lack of a specific protein in her blood which prevents normal blood clotting. With VWD, something as minor as bumping her leg could be fatal.
Gentlemen’s Club 10 is sponsoring a one night Charity Event for Melanie on Sunday, October 15, 2006 in an effort to financially assist Melanie’s family with her much needed treatments. Everyone is welcome to come support us that evening. Please see the list of activities at the end of this letter for more information.
Gentlemen’s Club 10 will continue to work to help make a difference in the lives of people like Melanie. Individuals affected by this disease have reason to hope because great advances are being made in VWD. However, continued research, outreach and work are essential to help all who are affected by VWD.

A bit off topic

I know this is a bit off of my normal subject for this site, but I feel this is an issue that people need to be aware of. When some one does not like something, they try to ban it (Mr.Family and Club 10, my normal subject)and as I have posted a while ago, people try to take away things in our everyday life. Well right now in California, people are doing just that, but it is not just a type of entertainment they are trying to stop. It is an entire species. Pitbulls. There is a bill, Prop Sb 861. This bill, if made a law, will force EVERY pittbull owner to spay or neuter their dog, and not allow them to be bred. Now many times people do this to help control the animal population, but this is meant to rid the state in the long run of this dog. This is an outrage. If it happens here, what it to say it will not spread across the country. After the pitbull, what next? Huskies? Bulldogs?
This is the kind of thing I have always feared. When some one does not like something, the will go to no ends to take it away. What of this was your dog, your pet, a part of your family.
I plan on making multiple sites. This was always the plan, as people in our world try to tell us what is right for us, and not lets us make up our own minds. They tell us what to watch, what to hear, and what to do on our own personal time. Now they are going to tell us what dog to have. Music, video games, TV, Movies, adult entertainment is all under attack. What will be next? Pitbulls are yet one other stereotype that people assume, that they are mean. That they kill. Just as my usual fight, do not judge all by the act of a few. I can only hope those that live in California vote no on this bill.

Rape

One of the most common accusations of political and religious, anti strip club activist is that strip clubs promote rape. Yet, all sites that list the facts about rape do not mention strip clubs or pornography at all. The only sites or articles that mention the adult industry and rape are those that oppose the adult world. Many choose to point fingers at the adult industry, because they have no other answer for rape crimes. The same way many blame TV and movies for violence.

Rape has actually been on a steady decline in the past 20 years.Violent crimes have also declined according to the U.S. Department of Justice Bureau of Justice Statistics You will notice that the article
list alcohol being factor, but nothing about strip clubs or pornography.

The National Sexual Assault Hotline online website also list facts about rape, and once again, nothing is mentioned about porn, or strip clubs.

Rape is a horrible, horrible crime. And most times goes unreported as most women are ashamed to admit it. It is unfortunate that there is no simple answer to remove this kind of crime from our world.

This week on ABC Primetime 20/20 went Inside the World of 'Gentlemen's Clubs.
it was a very good story, on the normal everyday women that choose to work in this profession. Here is a portion.

For the thousands of women taking their clothes off for a living in cities across America, it is a job, and they say it is one of the toughest sales jobs on Earth.

"It's a real job. A real job pays real money. And I am able to provide for myself, my family and my children," said "Butterfly," who dances at America's largest strip club, the Sapphire Gentlemen's Club in Las Vegas.

Strippers are part of an ever-growing, multibillion-dollar industry.

But as we listened to them talk about competing against other women and avoiding abuse and exploitation, we realized their stories were echoed not just by other dancers, but by women throughout the work force.

Many different types of women from different styles of life have chosen this profession.

Nicole, who asked "20/20" to use only her stage name, is also a working mom.

She started out in the military.

"I did eight years in the Marine Corps. And I got out and I got scouted for Penthouse, and I became a Penthouse Pet. And then I started feature dancing," she said.

For her, the schedule fits well with parenting.

"I work at night. My son is in bed by the time I come to work. I am home when he wakes up," she said to "20/20."

Rachel is stripping to save the $38,000 she needs for culinary school.

Stephanie is a Midwestern college student.

"I am getting a degree in fine arts. This is, for better or worse, this is probably the best-paying job I'll ever have," she said.

Another dancer "20/20" met, Dawn, pays her way through school in Salt Lake City by dancing in Las Vegas on the weekends.

"I'll fly in Friday after school. And then I'll fly home Sunday or Monday and go back to school," she said.

Isn't it immoral? Four couples I talked to said no, it's a good thing.

"What we do is not illegal. And I don't believe it's immoral," said Brian.

Picture taking

The web site run by a local man (Mr.Family), determined to destroy all adult businesses in our area, constantly tells people to take pictures of adult establishments while you drive by. These are the words from "Mr.Family"
"Try taking a picture (of the Gentlemen’s Club10) while driving by the property. Their entrance is VERY visible from the road. & If your camera has a good zoom feature, you will probably find it very easy to get a picture from the mall road or parking lot."
Now I will cover the fact that the mall parking lot is private property, and you can be arrested for taking pictures of another private property from the mall. Let's discuss the act of taking a picture while you are driving. This can cause serious injury or death. WNEP has even covered a story about taking pictures while driving. This is the article The article reads ""DON'T TAKE PICTURES WHILE DRIVING! This is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. If you are driving by something you want to photograph, have someone else in the car take the picture, or pull over in a safe place before taking the picture."
Now it is not illegal to take photos while driving, but it is stupid. You can not pay attention to the road when doing this. One person went as far as to ask a PA State Trooper about taking pictures while driving. This was his response.
" There is no law specifically that deals with that subject
but the laws of reckless driving and reckless endangerment would apply here. Reckless driving is generally defined as:
when an individual operates a vehicle in a dangerous and negligent manner. It is a misdemeanor crime. Certainly taking your eyes off the road long enough to take a picture or pictures poses a danger to pedestrians, animals, directional, and opposing traffic."
The Police officer continued. " Would one be able to stop if a pedestrian, animal, or car suddenly came into the path of your vehicle? Is the risk of injuring or killing someone worth a picture?
Try explaining your actions to the person you injured or their next of kin if they are killed."
While the Spokesperson never heard of Mr. Family he added " This individual needs for these pictures must override his concern for the safety of others. Otherwise, he would have never advised anyone to do such an irresponsible thing."
Obviously Mr.Family cares more about shutting down the club then he does for the safety of our locals.
