Club10's fetish Party HUGE Sucsess!!

The Fashion, Fetish, Fantasy party held on Oct25th turned out to be a massive success for Gclub10! A crowd around 450 people showed up for the extravaganza. With more than a dozen sponsors from surrounding adult business featuring Mr.Fashions, body painting by Bruce Fairchild, numerous adult book stores, and more, along with the weekender and local radio stations, the party went on all night. People from all over the valley showed up to support local adult businesses. Once again it seems that there are many people out there that enjoy this type of entertainment and wish it to stay.

With this kind of turn out, one can only imagine this will be come an annual event. Possibly turning into many more themed parties to be held at the very popular GClub10!

Mr.Family Vs. MySpace

He is at it again. Mr.Family is lying to his people. Making claims that are false as usual. His recent claims and complaints are about the website on Myspace.com for GClub10. Accusing them of trying to lure in children through Myspace, This is an insane claim. If Mr.Family had knowledge of the outside world, he would realize that Myspace is mainly used now by adults, and also many businesses to promote themselves to a vast audience. He still refers to young adults 18 an over as simply teenagers. not adults, which they now are.
But I guess ignorance is bliss when it comes to Mr.Family. He has obviously NO knowledge of Myspace. Or he would realize that many, MANY businesses do exactly what Club10 does on myspace. Advertise!
He also claims that there pictures were lewd. Well, has he browsed through myspace?
Taken a look at what many young people post on their Myspace pages. Images far more lewd than what Club10 posts. And these are everyday people. maybe they like showing off?
Myspace is a great way to advertise, prime example. Tila Tequila, Real name Tila Nguyen. Tila has a band, she stared her Myspace page, uploaded some very risky photos of herself in bikini's and such. Now, through myspace, she is a media goddess. Recently on the cover of Rolling stone, FHM magazine, her own clothing line. All because she was on myspace. But Mr.Family doesn't care what photos Tila has, only Club10. And will harass them until he is old a gray (not far off). He mentions the club posting their address and phone number on the site. Other places do this too, including a few chruch groups on Myspace! But he won't report them now will he.

Take a look at the links below. These are just SOME of the local shops that use Myspace to advertise. Also you will find the page for Tila, and also the Suicide Girls. Another group of beautiful young ladies using myspace to advertise.

Tila Tequila

Suicide Girls

Local places using myspace.

Essential Comics

Olde Tyme Charly's

The Woodlands

The Twist bar

570 tattoos

Arena bar and grill

Decades Sports bar

Triple six tattoos

Outsiders bar

Now I could go on, but you get the point. Club10 has done nothing wrong. Just Mr.Family bending reality again to his own twisted views. He is lucky he keeps himself hidden, because all of his acts are being documented, and a harassment suit could be filed one day. But that is why he won't give his name now isn't it.

From the words of a Mr.Family Supporter.

Mr.Family is constantly accusing Club10 of breaking laws and ordinances. And time after time people have to explain local law to him, but many of us forget, he lives in a another state than most of us, He lives in the great state of DENIAL. He will post what other states have done, and assumes that PA and W-B Twp. will do the same. But the laws are not the same from state to state.
The club is held to the ordinances that were in place at the time that there permit was filed. Even Mr.Family supporters know this, and they tell him, but he refuses to listen. When anyone post info he does not like, he just calls them a club supporter and disregards their comments, again, the state of Denial. This comments below are from a man who does not like the club, but does understand the law.

Mr. F,

First, I posted the information on zoning and land use ordinances and their enforceability in PA. I am not, however, as your post mentions, a "supporter" of the Club. My conclusion suggested directing your and the opposition's efforts at W-B Twp. and not the club.

Second, McCook County, from your post, is in South Dakota. Jurisdiction matters, and South Dakota law does not apply to Pennsylvania.

Third, your post refers to an ordinance that requires licensing for dancers and owners as well as a distance requirement. It is unclear whether the County is doing this under zoning or under the guise of the public health, safety, morals and welfare (the "police powers" of the state).

Looking at this South Dakota ordinance through Pennsylvania's glasses, if it is a zoning change, it dies in Pennsylvania. Again, GC10 has a nonconforming use and any change in zoning, once they are operating, cannot be retroactive. Refer to my previous explanation.

If, however, this is being pushed under the police powers, it MAY but only MAY pass muster. Nude and semi-nude dancing is U.S. Constitutionally protected free speech. In Pennsylvania, such dancing /operation of a club may be limited where the ordinance serves an interest within the power of the municipality, where it furthers an important or substantial government interest, where the government interest served is unrelated to free expression, and where the restriction on First Amendment freedoms is no greater than is essential to the furtherance of that interest.

The third requirement, unrelated to free expression, means that the municipality cannot stop nude dancing simply because it is nude dancing. It may, for example, tie it to alcohol use (licensed liquor establishments) and issues of control, as I believe W-B Twp. indirectly did with the bottle ordinance (though I do not think GC10 is a licensed establishment). But, GC10 complied with this ordinance, and the club stayed open (and the plan backfired when the age limit was lowered).

One word of warning, though. If a town regulates to the point where a business has no option but to close its doors, in comes a claim for a Fifth Amendment taking without just compensation. And, the town may be forced to pay an amount unimaginable in exchange for ridding its soil of the club. Tax payers will see the costs of this, if not through taxes directly, then through the degradation of other town services due to cutbacks.

As you can see, others know what I have been saying this entire time, yet Mr.Family is blind to it, because it is not what he wants to hear.
Now I have talked to Sal Scalzo myself, and he has said many times, He does not want any suit filed from his club against W-B Twp. But if the Twp. tries to forcibly close his doors, he has the right to protect his investment, and I can imagine, like any other business owner, will file suit when anyone tries to shut the club down for any reason.

Laws Change in PA!

In a federal court this past August a Judge ruled that the term "lewdness and immoral activity" (when pertaining to restrictions in adult clubs) was so broad that it violated the 1st Amendment. As a law will declared unconstitutional if it's sweep is too broad and threatens to ensnare within it's reach constitutionally protected activity or otherwise legitimate conduct.

The hearings were involving Go-Go clubs, Or adult clubs that serve alcohol and have female dancers. After the hearing, all Go-Go Clubs in PA that server alcohol ( Cabaret, In-between Lounge in our general area) No longer have to have the female dancers were "pasties" or nipple covers. These places can now be topless. Cases like this are happening all over. And over and over again clubs are winning in these cases. Daniel A.Silver, Esq. a first Amendment lawyer in PA and NJ, says the next step is clubs going to court to be able to have dancers fully nude and server alcohol. It seems in PA that the courts are finding in Adult Clubs favor more and more.

The PA Constitution is very heavy on protecting 1st Amendment rights, which covers Nude dancing as a freedom of expression.

KRZ and Jeff Walker

Last night, just after 10 p.m., a bus drove into Gclub10. From that bus poured about 60 people. All being led by KRZ's Jumping Jeff Walker. Most were ladies, as this was ladies night out from what I was told. None the less, they took over the club! A few were upset they had just missed the poker game, But a large group of them jumped in on beer pong. And later in the night, the girls of KRZ got a little frisky and starting their own "Best Underwear" contest. In which many of them jumped on stage and showed off their shorts (or lack thereof!) So I decided to ask some questions. What made you ladies decide to jump on stage? Was the question I tossed at them. And their response was "We are out to have a good time, and that was fun. And some times girls just like to show off.
Around this same time, Jeff Walkers partner on the air, Shila, got put in the hot seat with two of the club's finest, Alex and Alize. The crowd screamed out with chants for Shila, and she had a grin from ear to ear. The two Club10 girls then sat her down and showed her a good time. I can't wait to see the pictures from that.
As the night went on I took the time to stop and ask many of the ladies what they thought of the club. All of them had the same thing to say. "This is great". They all had fun, joking around with the girls and simply enjoying themselves. All of them thought that the club is a nice way to just "let go and have some fun". And many of these women were educated business women, and interns. Then I bumped into Jeff Walker. I introduced myself and we chatted for a minute. he told me how he would like to have gotten me on the air, but due to the entire Mr.Family issue (which no one will go near, because many STILL thinking him a fraud) The folks in charge of the station will not touch the subject of Mr.Family with a 10 foot pole.
But they are however doing a week long promotion with Club10. Advertising for the charity event "Miracles for Melanie" this Sunday. It seems many local businesses also feel this is a great thing for the club to do, and many have donated gift certificates for giveaways.
So let me send out a Thank you to Jeff Walker, Shila, and all the ladies of KRZ. It was a great night, and a lot of fun was had by everyone. And also be sure to listen to KRZ all this week for a chance to snag yourself some free passes to Club10!

Crowds you say?

You have heard the rumors. That no one goes to Club10. That when certain people drive by they, only see ten cars in the parking lot. The assume (or hope) the club is not making money. Well, as usual, they are wrong. Have you ever driven by Cinema 309? Each time I do, there parking lot is never full. The have a modest 10 to 15 cars there. The weekends that number increases. Yet they have been open for over 15 years. Interesting. The Carousel in West Nanticoke usually has less than 10 cars outside during the week. (maybe it is because most walk there), but the weekends they too take a nice jump in attendance. And Then to Club10. The main target of all self proclaimed "Do gooders" in the area. During the week they too have a usual 10 to 15 cars. This seems to be when those opposed to the club drive by and make their assumptions. During the weekends, lets say, this past weekend. Upwards of 30 to 40 cars. And after 2 am, when the bars close, that increases even more.
But I guess some only see what they want, and what they hope. That this new club will fail.
I can only imagine they will keep wishing, and hoping. But there is an old saying, whish is one hand, and sh*t in the other, and see which hand fills up first.

Wrong again.

It seems Mr.Family has been scrounging for any info he can get, since he has little to go on these days. So he took it upon himself to copy a blog from a girl that has danced at Gclub10. He posted it on his site, and the blog had some of her least favorite things to say about stripping. He also blamed the club for ruining her life.
But again, like so many other times, he failed to get ALL the info, and failed to check his source. The blog in question was written on January 17, 2006. Before Club10 opened. The girl wrote this while she was working at a different club, and just in a bad mood. (I got that right from her)Let me toss you a quote. Mr.Family wrote Thank you Gentlemen's Club 10 for ruining her life. I hope you're happy with yourselves."
When this young lady saw this, she was upset, as she told me personally that she loves club10 and the people that work there. I have a few quotes from her, some from what she posted on Mr.Family's site, and others she sent right to me.
" I am the girl that posted this blog on myspace. G10 DID NOT ruin my life"
"When i wrote the blog it was my thoughts and feelings at the time. g10 is the best club i have worked at, they treat us ladies, like ladies!"
Mr.Family left out a large hunk of her blog also. He only used the part that fit his needs. Like he usually does.
Quotes from the blog like " "i learn alot from the guys and girls who come into the club. I meet alot of interesting people" "Dancers are people too, who live normal lives just like you and your neighbor"
So once again, Mr.Family has twisted the truth, and tried to change the words of another person against Club10. But alas, here I sit proving him wrong again. You know, this is becoming a weekly thing proving him wrong, *sigh* it is a tough job, but someone has to do it.

A walk around town

As I ask more and more people, "What do you think about Gclub10 being here". The answer seems to be around the same. "It doesn't really bother me". Over the past few weeks, in my travels around town, and a few stops to the mall, I ask people here and there. Some friends I have also as the question. And yes, a few say they don't like it, but more seem to say it is not an issue. And to my surprise, some still have no idea Club10 was even there! Seems all those people driving by it are actually paying attention to the road (thank you for that) instead of staring at the club in an angry fashion like some do.
Many of the people I ask are people I have known from past jobs, and friends or acquaintances of them. And in the vast network of people I have met over the past 10 years, I get a lot of opinions. And no one really has a large issue about it being there. And even though some people claim "NO ONE" wants the club there, that does not seem to be true. I will continue to ask people, and I have enlisted the help of others who will do the same.
Maybe many folk are not bothered by the adult club opening, since there has been other adult orientated businesses in WB TWP for years before Club10 was even thought of. Seems one man's vendetta is not shared by everyone, as he claims.
More to follow
