Legal Action against Mr.Family
After numerous accusations and untruths posted by the anonymous Mr.Family against a local radio station 97.9X, EVERY word Mr.Family has posted about the 97.9 billboard ads have been removed from his website. Citadel Communications have threatened him with legal action if he did not remove the content from his site. Mr.Family illegally used images from their website without consent, and made some very harsh and untrue claims about the station. Showing once again he has absolutely no concern for the law, or the truth if it gets him what he wants. He uses false information that he gets from other anonymous sources, and tries to pass it off as credible information, and it has finally caught up with him.
I contacted Citadel communications, by sending a fax, and a phone call pointing out the false claims and illegal use of their images. Later that day, all post about them were removed by Mr.Family. I would like to thank Mr.Family for posting their address and phone number so I could contact them.

And Club10 may actually be able to file a legal claim against Mr.Family as he has used portions of their ads with out their consent, as well as uses images of their sign without consent as well. But he feels he is untouchable. But time and time again he shows how little he knows about the law, and now copyright laws on the internet. If you do not have consent, you can not use an image.
I feel soon, his identity will be know, as anyone with a picture of their license plate, or the club itself with their image on his site, can file a claim against him. Now, they may not win a case, BUT, if a claim is filed, they authorities will have to follow through, and contact google, and godaddy.com and retrieve his information for the claim, and giving out the mystery mans identity.

Good for him. It is one thing to voice your words out against something you do not like. But to spread lies, and to make things worse by lying is no good.
The article he had was one large lie, and very slanderous to the station, which gives people the wrong idea. He accused them of abusing their interns, which they did not. He will lie to get his own way. He has already proven that.
Good for you Mr.Choice, standing up for the young lady, and talking directly to her for the correct info. And for calling the station to report Mr.Family's slander attacks.
I am starting to think he is a politician by the way he uses trash campaign.

Mr.Family goes too far sometimes. Yes stip clubs and adult stores are not for all, but he seems to be attacking everything not fitting to his own personal taste. He seems not to care what others think. He even goes as far as lying to those who trust him.
I am suprised anyone still agrees with him after this. He blatenly lied.
I too got in touch with citadel. they told me the matter was referred to their legal department. Then
she made some other comments, and before you know it, the blogs were down. mr family will not even let anyone mention them. if you do he will delete the comments. I have contacted the times leader and other media too. I hope everyone else does.
I figured he would try to ingnore it, and hope his followers forget it. I am sure it is eating him up. So he has now resorted to a fake e-mail from a "stripper".
The man is such a liar iot is not even funny.

WOW! Citadel went after him, Thats awsome. Sal should do the same! I am sure they file something against him, if it doesn't cause the site to come down, at least they can find his real name. Then it's open season on his personal life.

Mr.Family LIES to those who goes to his site. The entire intern thing was a lie. Is that better? He should be ashamed of himself, for passing on gossip as fact. He tried to use a rumor to publicly hurt a radio station, and accused them of mistreating intenrs, which in fact they did not. Now you tell me who should be ashamed.
For someone who is always praying for others to find a better life, he sure does turn to a low life of lying to get his way.
I sort of see it a different way. I think he's too trusting/gullible. I think this all started with the comments of her nature of employment that people posted on his website. I think he was dumb for believing it.
Mr.Family believes what he wants to, he does zero research, and passes it off as facts. He was actually told the woman was not an intern, but he does not listen, he was told that the images would get him in trouble, and they did. Now he is trying to ignore it and pretend it never happened.
He best make a public apology, or the legal issue may continue. I hope it does, so he is put in the public eye.
He also tries to make it out like bad things only happen in clubs. His recent article points out a few murders in clubs. I googled it, and found 27 murders in churches, so by that we should close churches also right? I only found 12 in strip clubs.
He has nothing left, he has lost this battle. Mr.Choice has beat him on every front, legally, and with facts and researched info. Shows you who is better informed. and who is uneducated.
He is so desperate in his vendetta, that he is willing to post anything, true or not. And that will be his down fall.

Mr.Family shows NO regard for the truth, his rage for the club and adult industry blinds him from reason and make him gullible. His attacks on 97.9 show that. He had no respect for the truth at all, only his disgust for the billboard. In so, he posted any information he heard that could be derogatory towards Citadel and their station, even false rumors and gossip. That itself, is very irresponsible for a person saying he is trying to do good. So far, he has only hurt himself. And I gather he is hurting his family as well.

You may interested about the commnet i just recived on my blog. It was from a woman who interned worked for the station. Her current boss asked her if she posed nude for the station, as it was on the internet. the woman is up for a promotion at her current company.
I also hope Mr.Family is held responible for his actions. Spreading a rumor like that can relly do damage to many of the interns at the station.
He claims to want to help people, but his latest attempt has actually hurt people.
Its a shame that he can spread such gossip and lies and think he is doing good. I do not care for the club, but his actions are not that of a good man.
Maybe this legal action from Citadel will open his eyes.
You need to get your facts straight. Citadel has not threatened anyone with legal action.

Anon 1:14. Mr.Family WAS contacted by the legal department of Citadel Communications. This was confirmed over the phone.
A spokesperson from Citadel said " Right now our legal department is looking into the matter"
He was contacted ad told he had to remove all content regarding 979 and his absurd accusations.
They may still go forward with legal action. It is in their hands. What Mr.Family did, was wrong. Plain and Simple. My Facts, are straight.

This is not the Mr.Family site, where rumors and gossip are posted. Mr.Choice actually gets the info before posting it. He makes phone calls and contacts people. Of course, it is a lot easier to get real info when you do not hide your name.
