Club10's one year anniversary, the Fall of Mr.Family
Next Month club 10 will be hosting it's one year anniversary party. This is set to be a large bash with many local businesses taking part, as well as a large host of club10 patrons. The club has done well through it's first year, even due to one local man's bitterness, and attempts to cause the club harm.
You all know who I speak of. But it seems as if he has given up. He claims the W-B TWP was relying on his website to close the club. Which is garbage. Mr.Family never had the power to close the club, even if he did tell his supporters that the club was failing, and that it would be closing soon. He know goes on tot say "Wilkes-Barre Twp. has yet to enforce a single ordinance pertaining to sexually oriented businesses".
I will not go into great detail about the ordinances, as I have already done so many times before. But W-B TWP, placed the ordinances he speaks of in place to try to keep any new adult clubs from opening. Club10, is grandfathered in to the original ordinances (even if Mr.Family sits in denial over this, it is the truth).
But now he seems to be taking time off. So I guess he told us another lie as in late January he claimed " Pictures of public activity surrounding the club will be posted until such time as Gentlemen's Club 10 voluntarily obeys local ordinances."
But it seems now that the pictures will stop. As will the articles, and everything else. Every since Family man tried to attack Citadel Communications and making some very harsh and untrue accusations about them and their interns, Legal issues have sprung up.
Citadel came down on Mr.Family with a legal threat after Myself and Eric Roberts of "Mr.Family Funnies" made phone calls to the main office pointing out the slander attack by Mr.Family.
Since then, Eric has done an interview with a lawyer, and it seems many of Mr.Family's car photos may very well be illegally taken. As anything more than the naked eye can see is not a legal photo when taking pictures of private property. Since that interview on Mr.Family Funnies, the Car pictures have come down.
As of now, the Mr.Family website is on hold. maybe it is because he has nothing left, and has been defeated on every front. Well, in your own words Mr.Family, " this is what it looks like to lose"and you have lost. Have a nice day.

It is a shame, when Mr.Family could not get anything truthfull about club10, he turned to rumors. And then turned on the radio station, which was his big downfall. He claimed to be the "good" guy, and he actually turned out to be pretty bad. Spreading rumors, such as the ones he was starting, are pretty bad. But I guess that what his faith got him, lies.
yes great job mr choice, mr family is behind hhe curtain licking his wounds.
my guess though is he still isn't gone, he will come up will some bs. but it too will fail, he is running out of ideas and everyone is ignoring him,
To answer your questions Seperoth, I have been doing a lot of research on those in congress trying to ban Video Games.
Yet another form of entertainment, that some people do not like, that they want banned and removed.
They enforced the ESRP rating system, and it backfired, and now games are rated much like movies, and granted the makers of games to put in more adult content and get a mature rating.
It is up to the parents to police and pay attention to what their kids are doing, and what games they are playing. Stop using video games and TV as a baby sitter.
I may very Well start a blog on this as well, as I have already written a few letters to web sites on this subject.
This site will also still continue. It may get slower with the battle near over, but it will still fight on!
I see the woodlands is having ladies night out....oh well I guess it's not just club 10. hasn't the woods been around years and years, oh yeah but it was club 10 that brought it to the area.....

That is something I have been pointing out for a long time. Mr.Family and his followers claim club 10 has brought adult entertainment to W-B. The Woodlands has had the male Chipendale dancer shows for YEARS.
Thank you for yor comment, and you are right, he should have the facts first, which he has proven time and time again, he never did.
I think Mr.Family originally thought he was doing something good. Adult clubs are not for everyone. I do think he was a bit biased, but that is besides the point.
After a while, it was more than just doing what he thought was right. He became vindictive. You could see it in the way he lowered himself to childish insults and slanderous remarks. He also took himself too seriously. He actually thought the TWP was relying on him. This is not true. He is so bent on what he WANTS to believe that he ignores the actually local laws.
He became so blind by his faith, he attacked the radio station with no actual evidence. This shows his disregard for truth, something he claimed to be fighting for. He may have started out with a good idea, but defeat after defeat, he became bitter, and that was his downfall.
Now he has no respect, no credibility, and no one is listening to him.
it's ironic that's mr family's downfall wansn't the club but a matter totally unrelated to the club a billboard! Truth is stranger than fiction! Better than anything I could have made up!
That's very true Eric. There could have been a law suit a long time ago. As I talked to Sal about it many times as why he lets Mr.Family spread such false info against his club. He never really felt Mr.Family was a threat.
The radio station on the other hand had no tolerance for the lies like Sal did.
As you stated before in your blog, I do not think Mr.Family has any legal consult looking over his blog, and if he did, it was a poor one, as it should be known that taking pictures of private property with a zoom lens (as many former picture takers did ) is actually illegal. And all the libel claims he made could have gotten him a law suit from the club. But again, Sal did not want to take that road.
In the long run, Sal is a better man than Mr.Family, while Family boy proved to be not so smart.
