WB Township Zoning Ordinance
In my hands are a copy of the WB Township Zoning Ordinance. All too often I hear that "Gclub snuck in". Well, as I have been saying, no they did not and I will show you the proof. The problem is, many people, such as a certain someone with his own website, and others who follow him, shout things out before they have all the info. Well , now they can have the info, and also an ear full of I told you so. Let's continue.
Now, I have seen others say that a "Cabaret" is not listed as a sex club, but only a restaurant. Lets us Just see what the Zoning ordinance says for WB township shall we?
Cabaret: An adult club, restaurant, theater, hall or similar place which feature topless dancers, go-go dancers, exotic dancers, strippers, male or female impersonators or similar entertainers exhibiting specified anatomical areas or performing specified sexual activities.
Wow, that says a lot doesn't it kids. Seems pretty cut and dry, BUT WAIT! There's more! There is also the listing for the following kind of business. Lets have another look.
Sex-Related Establishment.: These include adult book stores, adult mini-motion picture theaters, adult motion picture theaters, cabarets, featuring adult clubs, topless dancers, female impersonators or similar entertainers exhibiting specified anatomical areas or performing specified sexual activities and massage businesses.
Now you may ask yourself "Mr.Choice, what do they mean by "specified anatomical areas, and performing specified sexual activities"? They are both mentioned under Cabaret and Sex-related Establishments. Well once again let us turn to the Zoning sheet
Specified Anatomical Areas: Less than completely and opaquely covered: (i) Human genitals, pubic regions; buttocks and female breasts below a point immediately above the top of the areola; and (ii) human male genitals in a discernibly turgid state, even if completely and opaquely covered.
Specified Sexual Activities: (i) Human genitals in a state of sexual stimulation or arousal; (ii) acts of human masturbation, sexual intercourse or sodomy; (iii) fondling or other touching of human genitals, pubic region, buttocks or female breasts.
So as you can see, the club is allowed to do far more than they are doing now, which is just having naked girls dance. They can, according to the ordinances, have live sex shows if they choose. This is all listed in the WB Zoning ordinances. 100% legal!

are you saying this is how the zoning laws read in WBT? then it is within the limits of the law? Well, his is costing $$$$$ for nothing.
Those are the exact words from the W-B TWP zoning ordinance listings. Word for word.
P.S. These were posted on the Mr.Family site in his comments section. Let's see if he posts it. I will be suprised if he does.
It seems kind of hard to now say they snuck in when it is all spelled out. Pretty black and white right there.
This can not be right. This is outrageous to allow something like this. I still do not beleiveit, how did you get a hold of the zoning paper work?

I think the following case is one that should make you happy. It leads me to beleive that any change in zoning laws could not be applied to Gentlemen's club 10.
In Moon Twp. PA there was an adult bookstore that the local government tried to force out by changing the zoning laws. However the PA Supreme Ct. held that this violated the PA constitution because the bookstore followed the exsisting laws when it opened.
In PA Northwestern v. Zoning Hearing Board the Pennsylvania Supreme Court said:
**The amortization and discontinuance of a lawful pre-existing nonconforming use is per se confiscatory and violative of the Pennsylvania Constitution, Pa. Const. art. I, section 1.**

This is garbage! How can this be? Where did it come from?
Garbage? Maybe to you it is because all of the anti clubbers do not want to see the truth. It is available if you go to the courthouse I beleive.
ANd how can it be? Well it is there in black and white, as many have said time and time again, even though those who oppose the club can't seem to grasp it, strip clubs ARE LEGAL.
Seems that the township allows more than most other areas, maybe that is why Gclub10 choose that area.
This is disgusting, some one will change this, then the club will have to close. And you scum bags will have to find something better to do.
Well, if you read the above link that Arron007 was nice enough to post. You would see that any changes now would not effect the club as they were opened as of the old rules, changes now would effect any new club. But as far as Gclub10 is concerned...IT STAYS WOO HOO!
where was everyone when the twsp ran buses to the couthouse for the hearing? no one would be seen but about 20 of us. well, now let it be and stop wasting more of our tax dollars. most of you prob don't even live in the twsp so what do you care if it cost money.

Has there been any incidences at the club other than the rumors started by those that oppose it? No. Has it caused any problems since it's opening? No. Let it go already
I work with a few people who hate the club. They read the ordinaces and they refuse to beleive it. They are in denial. I mean really in denial, it is sad.
They changed them now. After the club opened they got scared more would come in and change the ordinances, which will only help Gclub, as they will be the only, byob in W-B
