Another study that debunks the so called "Secondary effects"

All too often you hear of the "secondary effects" that adult establishments bring to a community. Well this study, proves once again that those effects are fictitious, and fraudulent. The study at the link below was done in Fulton which involved the local police and a company called Land Development Analysts. It was done over a two year span.
